Refund Policy

At FirstNAD, we pride ourselves on providing only the very best products and services.

Even though we ensure that your products are packed and delivered to you in the best condition and all products are checked for quality prior to delivery, they may become damaged during delivery. If you receive any products that are damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with photo evidence so we can investigate.

If Firstnad assesses the damage and at its discretion agrees to replace the product, you will need to, at your own cost, return the damaged product to the address noted in these Terms.

Firstnad will replace the product as soon as we have received the returned product. You accept that Firstnad will not refund any opened or used products.
